FITMENT-MODIFICATIONS
This wheel fitment is according to current set up of the vehicle. Any modification after departure will not be covered if fitment issues arise. Make sure to advise of any wheel area modifications e.g. suspension, brakes

WHEELS ONLY
Wheels only purchase policy - Please be aware of fitment before placing tyres on the wheels. In an example if the wheels DO NOT fit, we charge a 25% processing fee plus you would be liable for any return/exchange freight costs if applicable - To avoid disappointment please ensure or double check fitment with us
NEW WHEEL WARRANTY
NEW WHEEL WARRANTY - 1 Year Brand new wheels have a 1 Year Warranty unless specified otherwise Wheel Warranty covers manufacture’s fault only - Does not cover everyday road use damage or impact damage - Cracks and Buckles are not covered - Chemical wash causing corrosion - Misplacing/Lost centre caps
DEPOSIT TERMS
Deposits are non-refundable. We require this payment to hold the item of interest and ensure its availability only to customer/you. In an event the customer does not communicate after several attempts the deposit will be retained and not returned. Deposits can be used to choose another item however cannot be returned unless it was advised by Sidewayz Motorsportz representative of incorrect fitment/colour or availability. Change of mind is not accepted if customer chooses to go elsewhere. Deposits are used to hold items that could potentially be sold to another customer hence the guidelines.
1. Deposit Requirement A deposit is required to secure all wheel orders. Wheels will not be ordered, reserved, or held without a deposit. 2. Deposit Amount A minimum deposit of agreed on of the total invoice value is required, unless otherwise stated. 3. Non-Refundable Deposit All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits cover ordering, supplier commitments, and administration costs. 4. Special Order / Custom Wheels Deposits on special order, custom-spec, staggered, imported, or made-to-order wheels are non-refundable once the order is placed with the supplier. 5. Change of Mind Change of mind after paying a deposit does not entitle the customer to a refund. 6. Fitment Responsibility It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm correct fitment (PCD, offset, width, centre bore, brake clearance). Deposits will not be refunded due to incorrect fitment once ordered. 7. Balance Payment The remaining balance must be paid in full before fitting, collection, or delivery of the wheels. 8. Order Cancellation / Non-Payment If the customer cancels the order or fails to pay the remaining balance within14 days of notification, the order may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. 9. Delays Outside Our Control Supplier or freight delays do not entitle the customer to a deposit refund. 10. Acceptance of Terms Payment of a deposit confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted if the information provided by Sidewayz Motorsportz representatives was provided incorrectly regarding fitment. Wheels that been damaged in transit and/or have been damaged assessed are eligible for return or exchange.
SHIPPING
Metro Australia: Average shipping times are up to 12 day depending on address of delivery. Metro shipping are highly likely to receive their packages quicker than regional areas.
Express Post is available depending on area availability however please be aware the costs are very high, and the customer is liable to pay for express delivery.
Regional Australia: Times for regional area may vary as the location can be hard to access for the drivers 14days is about the max average. Express to these areas may not be as specified. Your delivery may arrive early, or potential delays can occur. Keep your tracking number handy to check progress.
